Without putting much thought as to what it meant to return to Soul Society, Gin held out his hands, as if asking for her to take him in. The worst that could happened, he supposed, was to die again. The first time wasn’t wholly pleasant, but he could accept it once again if he came to that. And the best thing that could happen…well, that involved him having a satisfactory life with the woman that he had devoted his being to. Yeah, he had made his decision.

Him regaining his place in Soul Society was the best option, her leaving Soul Society was another but not something she wanted to consider at this point, the other would be them meeting everyday, which sounded a little too hollow.
She frowned at his suggestion though.

If I just take you in with only me to vouch for you they’ll throw you away instantly, I’m not sure what the penalty would be, since you didn’t really kill Aizen or any Shinigami personally, you did fight my Captain and the Vizard girl, but still Treason is a serious crime!! We need to be smart about this, for starters we need more people who know you turned on Aizen, those human people and Ichigo are the only ones though, they aren’t all trusted figures. If you want to be a snake then you can convince enough people to trust you again, I know if it’s for me you’ll do it, even if you won’t actually consider them your friends but maybe if you tried you can be the boy I remember.” she said, looking at him sincerely.
